I use this generic HP 78 cartridge for photo printing with my HP Photosmart P1000 printer. The photos look great on HP photo paper. You would even say that they match the quality of a professional lab.

Owning a deskjet 960cse with compatible hp78 color ink cartridge does wonders. High quality image quality, vibrant colors, this ink cartridge is just fantastic. The only drawback I have found is that the ink does not seem to be waterproof at all, and runs if even a drop of water comes in contact with it.

The quality is excellent except for photo printing. But, the ink volume of the cartridge is low. Off-brands can increase the ink-capacity for the individual cartridge.
